Refund policy

At BYCADS, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer refunds and exchanges under the conditions below.

 

1. Refund Eligibility 

 

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Refunds are not available for digital products, gift cards, or personalized items.
  • The items on Sale are not eligible for return.

 

2.Contact our support team at bycads.com@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Customers must provide a video clearly showing the issue with the product. This is required for processing returns and refunds.
  • Ship the item to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • If any item is missing from your order, we will either deliver the missing item or refund the cost of that item.
  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

 

3. Exchange 

 

  • We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, contact us at bycads.com@gmail.com
  • An unboxing video is also required for exchanges.

 

4. Late or Missing Refunds

 

  •  If your refund hasn’t been credited after the stated processing time, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
