SHIPPING POLICY
- Shipping charges for all orders are INR 100/- within India. For orders above INR 5,000/-, shipping is FREE within India.
- For all International orders (outside India), shipping will be charged as per applicable rates.
- For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier company details processing your order.
- You can track the status of your package 24 hours after it is dispatched from our warehouse.
- It typically takes 7-10 days for domestic orders and 10-15 days for international orders to reach you.
- We will facilitate a reverse pick-up of the merchandise for return/exchange within 48-72 hours from the time the customer informs us of the return via email or call, provided the return is accepted by the store.
- If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the order, we will attempt delivery for 2 days. If the parcel is returned to us, you will need to bear the re-shipping charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order.
- Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
- We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
- If your order is canceled after you have been charged, the said amount will be refunded back.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Bycads.
