• Returns are only acceptable in the case of a manufacturing defect in the product. If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order number.
• Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
• If approved, a credit note will be issued.
• The credit note will be valid for 30 days.
• All sale and discounted purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Please go through the size chart carefully for sale products. No returns or exchanges for customized orders.

• EXCHANGE
• We do not provide any refunds or returns on any product. However, products can be exchanged for a bigger or smaller size, provided the product is in stock. (Not applicable on sale products)
• Please write to us at [email protected] within 2 days of delivery of the product for an exchange.

1. Exchange can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Products should be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in proper packaging to be eligible for exchange.
3. Please mention your name, address, phone number, and order ID on the parcel along with the size needed.
4. Exchange is allowed once per order.
5. In case of an exchange, the customer is eligible to get a product equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping cost for both directions.
6. The cost of shipping to and from (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by the customer.
7. Exchanges will be dispatched only after the previous order is received by us.
