RETURN POLICY
- Returns are only acceptable in the case of a manufacturing defect in the product. If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order number.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If approved, a credit note will be issued.
- The credit note will be valid for 30 days.
- All sale and discounted purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Please go through the size chart carefully for sale products. No returns or exchanges for customized orders.
- EXCHANGE
- We do not provide any refunds or returns on any product. However, products can be exchanged for a bigger or smaller size, provided the product is in stock. (Not applicable on sale products)
- Please write to us at [email protected] within 2 days of delivery of the product for an exchange.
- Exchange can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products should be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in proper packaging to be eligible for exchange.
- Please mention your name, address, phone number, and order ID on the parcel along with the size needed.
- Exchange is allowed once per order.
- In case of an exchange, the customer is eligible to get a product equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping cost for both directions.
- The cost of shipping to and from (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by the customer.
- Exchanges will be dispatched only after the previous order is received by us.
- Refunds are not applicable.
- The exchange/return policy is not valid for international orders.
